I prefer Nathan's or Hebrew National all-beef hotdogs; but will occasionally go for a good kielbasa with grilled onions & peppers. I used to love me some Penrose Polish Sausages, too; but, sadly, they don't make those any more.

I'm partial to Kayem natural casing, but I can't get them here in NC, and I'm also finding natural casing isn't as popular as I thought/assumed it was.

As far as fixings I like the basic diced onions with a little yellow mustard.

I had completely forgotten about this thread. I had a couple of motives starting it. One was to lighten the mood a bit, it was originally on the Politics board. Two, to do a little research. Working on getting a hot dog cart as a side business.
