What is the best current and historic Rivalry in the NFL

Well currently it would be

Seattle vs San Fran- with how good both teams are I dont see a better one

Historically I would go with

Cowboys vs Redskins and Bills vs Dolphins, though that last one is my homer pick.

i thought of going with that one as well, both are great rivalries, and i don't think there is a right or wrong answer.

Exactly...Being a PIT fan, I hated the Cowboys and would always pull for WAS. I remember Sonny Jergenson, and Kilmer playing QB with beer guts...slight but still. The games at RFK in the mud.

Jets-Patriots is a homer pick, but what can be better recently(past 15 years)... Jets are the reason for spygate, they took coaches from the Patriots(Mangini,parcells), the best RB the jets have had in the last 20 years(possibly ever) was a patriot. Jets have beat the patriots more than any other AFC east team...
