With the Bears winning today and the Cowboys losing, the Bears just wrapped up the 3 seed and most likely will rest everyone the rest of the way, including at Minnesota week 17.

Vikings must lose at Detroit next week or we are probably cooked.

Beating the Titans next week is not likely, but at least we have one more week of meaningful football. Bring back Jay, fire everyone else.

If the Eagles lose to the Rams tonight I think they shut Wentz down for the season. So if we can get by Tennessee next week, we might have an Eagles game with no Wentz and maybe Colt under center.

Odds are against it, but props to this defense for dealing with all the bad press and not giving up a touchdown today. If they can continue to play like that, you never know.

BTW: guys and lady, a lot of folks are posting regrets on other sites, about that early Colts loss. However, when it became clear and it was in our team's power to get that necessary win, it was against the Giants. Reports are that they never felt that they had a chance with Sanchez starting. This was a coaching decision that caused the team to not give an effort against them. Signing and starting Sanchez, lost that game before it ever started.

I think they win both of those, but will definitely be scoreboard watching that too. Honestly, I think the Vikings win out as well. Good thing is we play Saturday, so we will know whether or not those games even matter to us anymore.

Eagles win tonight pulls the Bears to within a game of the Rams and almost certainly guarantees the Bears play their starters the rest of the season. They have the tie-breaker over the Rams and right now the Bears are scheduled to play at 1pm week 17 and the Rams at 4pm.
