Unbelievable that you are in a wildcard race, have lost four of five and have the balls to complain about wearing pads in the bubble on a Thursday to get the new guys up to speed.

In leadership, you always start off mean and then lighten up. It never works to start off as the cool coach and THEN try to crack the whip when you realize your own ass is now on the line. Players see through that. Players have to be professionals, but some of this has to be on Jay.
