Yep - checkout this article related to that subject. Saban sounds totally suited for the college game & not the NFL. As per this article - he wants talent that is head & shoulders above the rest of the competition & full control of the players. That is not going to happen in the NFL!
Anyhow - it is a moot point - he is not leaving Alabama anytime soon - quite possibly never.
