I do not think the NCAA should let this kid play this year. One reason obviously is as a fan of a team that has to play the Sooners I do not want to see this kid lining up this year, but also his argument is crap. He is off the team because of off the field criminal issues. We should not be talking about who he is playing for next year, but how we can help this kid before he hurts himself or someone else. It is amazing how we have gotten to this point where we do not teach kids accountability on any level.

So I put it to you guys, besides the fact of having to play this kid, do you think he should be allowed on the feild this year? Whether it be any school....

If the NCAA rules in this kids favor...then I expect Branko Busick to hitting Mountaineer field soon!!...what an ugly can of worms this would open up...

Huggins may get away with it somehow....but I doubt DH would.....

I would like to think the wouldn't...my biggest concern if he was coming to WVU would be "are we bringing in a cancer to the team?".

I think this one looks bad on OU...why do they need to make a reach on this kid...they don't have enough talent or depth?...I could see a Cinncy or a UConn making a desperation reach..but OU?

From that article, I do not think the kid should be playing anywhere this year, maybe never. Yes young people do stupid things, but how many chances does one kid get, then going to OU????? If the kid wanted to go to a lesser name school, the NCAA wouldnt have even listened, the answer would have been "hell no"

No, some of us do not apply different rules to our team, as a matter of fact, I wish WVU would be a little more selective in their recruiting. Some of the thugs that have worn WVU's colors are still causing shame fifteen years later.
