It’s Tampa and Seattle by far
Vegas is underrated cause of the gambling factor. I think they’ll have teams in all 4 major sports by 2030

the problem with Hartford is you need to Include new haven to make it work. Reality is Fairfield county (the Gold Coast where all the hedge funds are) is the real northeast treat. But the NY teams would never allow a 3rd team into their market.

Hartford also has zero facilities or money for NBA level facilities

I picked Seattle and Vegas.

Seattle is obvious. They shouldn't have lost the Sonics in the first place.

I couldn't decide between Anaheim and Vegas for the 2nd team. Anaheim tried for years to get the Clippers. That never materialized and Ballmer seems to have focused on Inglewood and is going to build an arena there.

That would mean an expansion team for Anaheim. Which could work. But I don't see the NBA wanting 3 franchises so close together.

So, I went with Vegas. They just got an NFL franchise and already had an NHL team. The NBA is probably next.
