i have re-discovered linda ronstadt again via CNNs special on her of late…i had no idea of her mexican family roots.

That was an awesome documentary about her life on CNN last night. Great film footage and tunes. She still has a home here in SF, and I used to see her around town once in while before her Parkinson's got worse.

Amazing voice.
Definitely a multicultural treasure.
She could do any music genre and she mastered it.
