Lula Zinfandel from California. Lula is a boutique vineyard and we had a time getting them to ship, because the only state in the union that won't allow inbound wine shipments is fucking Delaware.

Good Zin. Pleasant and not a smack in the face with every sip. Had it with leftover steak.

From Scotland. Hard to describe the flavor. Spicy, hopped. slight charcoal like taste. Label says super styrian hops, ale malt and chocolate malt, matured in Jamaican rum barrels. Good. Different. 6.8%. 4-pack $11.49 at Wegman's.

I'm headed up to Buffalo for a few days at the end of the month, will be staying downtown. I see a lot of breweries/brewpubs on the map but it looks like everything up there is take out only right now.

If anybody has a brewery rec I'm listening, otherwise I'll play eenie-meenie-miney-moe and pick a couple at random

We did the frozen margarita thing for Cinco de Mayo. I usually like them on the rocks, not frozen, but they were pretty good. We used a silver tequila and orange liqueur.
