Maine Brewing has been distributing here more lately. Good beers. Still haven't had Heady, but I've had a couple other Alchemists beers.
The bar I go to had a keg of Lunch a couple months ago. That's the only time I've seen Maine of draft. I've seen a few other bottles on the shelf...A Tiny Beautiful Something, Mean Old Tom, Mo, and (I think-only because it's not on my Untapped) Zoe.They're pretty rare around here, but I see their stuff every few months or so. When they do make it around here, they're usually about a week old. Fresher than most of the NJ stuff I see in stores.
I love Zoe. I had it on tap a while back and I've bought several bottles. The bar I go to had a keg of Lunch a couple months ago. That's the only time I've seen Maine of draft. When it comes out, there will be a few bars around town that advertise it on tap. During their last release, I noticed a bottle on the shelf at the bar, and started talking to the bartender about it (slow night). A dude sitting a few seats down was intrigued, so he bought a bottle, and split it between him, the bartender, and me. I think it's about $9 at the store, so it was probably an $18 bottle of beer that night.place near me had it on tap too and I missed out on it. I was bummed.
been seeing a lot of Dogfish 120 on tap around here lately.
