Evolution's Evo #6. Higher ABV than the usual #3 which is served at a lot of good bars around here. We were at the Evolution brewery and brewpub last week and picked up some #6. It's out of a bottle, its a cap requiring an actual opener. Yeah, there's still one on my keyring.
