I'm the general manager of a bar and every year we do Beer Congress. This is where I get a few managers and veteran staff members and bring in a bunch of different breweries and distribution companies to sample and pitch their products, then we decide our draft been lineup for the next year afterwards. This is my 2nd year as GM and I was a part of about 6 of these as AGM before that. We used to do it all on one day, but this year I split it up into 3 days and had no trouble filling it up. A total of 43 pitches will be made and I may make an attempt to squeeze in 44 and 45. The first one is scheduled for the end of January with the next 2 on the following weeks. Should be a good time.
