That one was fucking great. Lot of orange and white wine flavors going on. Summer's my favorite beer I've had from them so far, but this is a close 2nd.
A Chardonnay from Sunset Hills in Northern Virginia. It's light and bright, not terribly complex. The East Coast doesn't have the terrain to make great wines, but some of them are pretty good.
Just finished a Lula Pinot Noir from California's Anderson Valley. Damn fine wine. You can only get it from the winery, and you may have to be a club member. The GF is.
Our local butcher got in some Tomahawk ribeyes, so we had to splurge on the wine.
