it was decent. Not the best DIPA I’ve had but it does the job.
They can't all be winners. I don't think I've ever had a bad DIPA.

On another note, I've built my under counter keg fridge for my home brews. It'll fit two five gallon kegs and the co2 tank. Getting co2 tanks filled is a bitch right now around here. Unfortunately, my first filled tank leaked all of its contents in two days without even carbonation the beer. Turns out the gas regulator was bad. They sent me a new one, but of course I still paid for the useless co2 and the over month long wait to get it. I have five gallons of beer in that fridge I can't use....but it looks nice!

Red Racer Super Solar IPA. Not my favourite but it's OK. 6%

At least is was just beer.

No chocolate. No Cardamon. No citrus.

Now? It's 10 AM. Black coffee.

I had a local draft hazy IPA last night, Burley Oak, and a bottle of French Chardonnay with dinner.

Drank a bunch of margaritas last week at the beach, but did pick up a 22oz bottle of Dragon's Milk bourbon barrel milk stout that was really nice.

Grabbed a bottle of Four Roses Small Batch Select while there as well, that I've been sipping on this week. Enjoyable, and while priced decently compared to other brands, not really seeing any reason it's more expensive than their single barrel offerings.

Per bottle? I paid 30 for two. Was still great but not as good as years past.
The bourbon barrel Mexican biscotti was $30 per bomber.

The bourbon barrel Mexican biscotti churros was $40
