This is my question, what triggered the refs to look at the replay? Was it that he was holding his nuts? Did okc tell them to look at it. Was it the replay center. Im still confused how a ref can look at the replay after a common foul with no altercation.

They changed the rule a few years ago where they can look at replays after a common foul to see if something flagrant happened. I have to think that Adams down on the foul gave them the clue that something suspicious happened on that play.
