Hate to say it guys, but I think the Rams reached the peak with McVay, and it’s all downhill from the SB.

He refuses to adjust his game plan for each opponent. 8 straight regular season losses to the same division rival would be enough for any other coach to get FIRED.

He is Martz 2.0- and he will flame out just like Martz did because he too refused to change, just like McVay.

IF the eagles can fire Doug Pederson for bumbling the team then the rams can dump McVay or someone within the brain trust. Shannahan isnt doing anything new under the sun, the staff is just too inept to figure it out and it's time for a change.

The way McVay is running the team and calling plays, they are not going to pass the 9ers or the Hawks.

And the problem with the team is McVay for those 2 reasons.
