I don’t disagree at all of him getting exposed. I just find it hilarious you cite VPI last year (that gave up nearly 600 yards of total offense and 24 points) as one of the teams that exposed him. That’s insanely funny.

We play Baylor next Thursday. Will be interesting to seedling forward how we handle more pressure put on Grier.

He was continually pressured via different blitz packages so he was continually hurried in throwing the ball. This was a major key to the win. The fact he was also held to 24 points with the receivers and team you had is pretty big. Actually in looking back at your season, anytime WVU was held to about 24 points or lower - they lost. Dude, it was his first start in a new system and he put over 400 yards passing and rushing himself. The team put up 8 yards short of 600 yards of total offense. No one in their right mind believes that’s shutting an offense down. A pick and a fumble and running out of time is really the only reason you held us to 24 points.

Now if you want to blame our defense for the “key to the win” then go ahead. We made that piss poor shit you call a quarterback look competent. Our defense legitimately lost us that game.

That’s why it’s hilarious you trying to piggy back off of ISU’s performance like it was the same damn thing at FedEx last year.
