NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports the Cardinals are optimistic RB Chase Edmonds (hip) plays in Week 17 against the Rams​

ESPN's Adam Schefter reports the "Cardinals are not optimistic" that WR Larry Fitzgerald (groin) will play in Week 17 against the Rams​

Cardinals placed Christian Kirk on the reserve/COVID-19 list.​

Kirk will miss the Cardinals' must-win Week 17 game against the Rams. To put things mildly, the Cardinals are in a very tough spot on Sunday. Kyler Murray will be playing through a leg injury, DeAndre Hopkins will face star CB Jalen Ramsey, Kirk is out, and both Larry Fitzgerald and Chase Edmonds are game-time decisions. Luckily for Arizona, the Rams won't have Jared Goff and Cooper Kupp.

Bills QB Matt Barkley is expected to play in Week 17 against the Dolphins.​

The report isn't all that surprising after the team refused this week to commit to playing its starters against Miami. It looks like the Bills want Josh Allen to break the team's single season passing yardage record -- he's only 40 yards away from doing so -- before yanking him for Barkley. Allen should be removed from DFS lineups, posthaste.

That's what I figured, Buffalo starters will play the first quarter or first couple series before being pulled. Bet miami to cover or win outright

A loss the jets will be quickly forgotten. Pats need to pump up their picks. Far more important than salvaging what's left of their pride.

Understatement of the year about the offense. Probably will be Cam, although would be nice to see what Stidham can do in season finale ... nothing to lose by starting him, but highly unlikely.

I'd send the kid out there. Cam is done, won't be back next season. I doubt Stidham is the answer long term but it doesn't really matter today
