Funny thing is if RG3 tore his acl or had some serious knee injury in the last 3 games, I guarantee they would blame him

I'm trying to understand what this means. Care to elaborate?

Basically if RG3 had a serious knee injury in the final 3 games with the Skins already eliminated, you don't think the media would criticize the organization for having RG3 play in those games especially since he never looked like the RG3 of last season?

Ok, gotcha. Yes I totally agree with that. Spot on, analysis.

Winning on the road has been tough this year. Road
teams are winning at only a 38.4 percent clip, the
sixth-worst mark since the merger. It's the worst
road percentage since 1998, when road teams won
37.1 percent of the time. The worst was 1985, when
road teams won only 35.7 percent of the games.

if the Lions
blow the NFC North this year, they may never win
the division. Everything was set for them. Bears
starting QB Jay Cutler missed five full games with a
groin injury and high ankle sprain. The Green Bay
Packers lost Aaron Rodgers to a collarbone injury
and have gone 1-3-1 without him starting. The
Lions have gone 3-4 since the first Cutler injury. A
loss to the Ravens on Monday night could have
serious implications. It would make ownership
wonder if Jim Schwartz is the right head coach for
the franchise. After all, he has a quarterback
(Matthew Stafford) with 5,000-yard potential and a
receiver in Calvin Johnson who is having the best
stretch of excellence since Jerry Rice. The pressure
is on.

The danger facing the Patriots
this week is they play a key divisional game in
Miami. The AFC East title is not at stake. The
Patriots have a three-game lead over the Dolphins.
What's at risk is the AFC's No. 2 seed. Having
already lost in Cincinnati, the Patriots need to stay
ahead of the Bengals or they might have to face
them in Cincinnati during the playoffs.

Tonight could be
party time for the Bengals. A win over Pittsburgh
would give them the AFC North title and a third trip
to the playoffs in three years. How times have
changed. The Bengals are 3-point favorites. You
have to go back to 1989 to find the last time the
Bengals were favorites in Pittsburgh. As in most
rivalries, though, you throw away the record books
and the stats. Expect a tough battle. The Steelers
still remember last year, when the Bengals came into
Pittsburgh and clinched a playoff berth. They didn't
like that. They still remember 2005, when the
Bengals beat the Steelers at Heinz Field and Bengals
players waved Terrible Towels while celebrating their
victory. The Bengals have lost nine of their past 11
divisional road games, and they aren't as good on
the road as they are at home. For example, the
offense averages 33.2 points a game at home but
only 19.3 on the road. This one won't be easy

Could Philly soar to a two-game lead in East?
The Eagles seized control of the NFC East last week
with their snowy victory over Detroit combined with
the Cowboys' loss in Chicago. They could open a
bigger lead if the chips fall in the right place. As
much as everyone is talking about Chip Kelly's
offense and how Foles has been able to avoid
making turnovers, the less-discussed story has been
Philly's improved defense. Over their past nine
games, the Eagles have allowed 18.1 points a game
after surrendering 34.5 during the first four. They've
shaved nearly 70 yards a game off a defense that
allowed an average of 446.8 through the first month
of the season. No team has scored more than 21
points on the Eagles in their past nine games. This
week's opponent, Minnesota, is going with backup
QB Matt Cassel and may be without RB Adrian
Peterson, who's nursing a foot sprain, and second-
string RB Toby Gerhart, who has a hamstring injury.
This is shaping up to be an advantageous weekend
for Kelly and the Eagles.

NFL Redzone for me all day, actually prefer this to the package, just hate when they focus on games I can watch in NY.

The Cincinnati Bengals have an outside shot at
the No. 1 seed in the AFC now if a few teams
drop a game while they win out.
That journey begins on Sunday Night Football.
These two are familiar with each other under the
national microscope—they met in Week 2 on
Monday Night Football, where Cincinnati
defended its home turf with a 20-10 win.
The Bengals have won three straight on the
heels of a defense that ranks in the top 10
against the pass (No. 7) and rush (No. 5).
Pittsburgh has dropped two in a row by less than
a touchdown each and continues to look for
answers.
The Steelers are especially weak against the
rush and rank in the bottom 10 with an average
of 120.2 yards allowed per game. This is great
news for Cincinnati's rookie running back Giovani
Bernard, who had the best rushing game of his
career last week against Indianapolis as he
gained 99 yards on 12 carries.

With just two home playoff games in the last 10
years, the city of Cincinnati is smelling an
economic boost and the possibility of January
football
This weekend the hot Bengals are just a small
favorite at fading Pittsburgh
When discussing the best teams in the NFL, the
teams most often mentioned are Seattle, New
England, New Orleans and Denver. All four have
powerful offenses.
But there's only one team that's scored 40 or
more points on three different occasions over the
last six games, and that's the Cincinnati
Bengals.
While the Steelers suffered a heartbreaking loss
to Miami—losing by inches as Pittsburgh
receiver Antonio Brown stepped out of bounds at
the 13-yard line on the game's final play—
Cincinnati was continuing its hot streak with an
impressive win over the Colts .
So instead of the Steelers coming in with some
momentum from what would have been a
miraculous win, the Bengals will be heading to
Pittsburgh with a full head of steam.
And what would have been an energized
Pittsburgh crowd is more likely to be a cold and
deflated gathering.
Seattle owns the best record in the league, and
the Patriots, Chiefs and Broncos have reached
double-digit wins.
But had it not been for a pair of overtime
losses, Cincinnati could be coming into
Pittsburgh with a perfect record over its last nine
games.
The Bengals own the tiebreaker with Carolina
and New England, making them a
legitimate contender for a first-round bye and the
sleeper team nobody is talking about.
The Steelers have the home field, but the
Bengals are a more complete team. While Ben
Roethlisberger is aging, Andy Dalton has been
hot lately. And statistically the Bengals have
superior yardage numbers to Pittsburgh on both
sides of the ball.
Offensively the Bengals are coming off a fine
game which saw rookie running back Giovani
Bernard gain a season-high 99 yards on the
ground. Bernard and his backfield
mate BenJarvus Green-Ellis give the Bengals a
formidable running game.
On the flip side, the Steelers are next to last in
rushing yards per game.
The once dominate Pittsburgh defense is giving
up 24 points per game this season, while the
Bengals defense is allowing fewer than 19 points
an outing.
If the Miami Dolphins can come up from sunny
Florida and defeat the Steelers in the cold and
snow, then expect the Bengals to reach 10 wins
for the second consecutive season.
