Been thinking about this game all season because I wanted to make tribute to our late friend @ATL96Steeler... An Atlanta native. Most of you know that he passed away a few years ago. I have no doubt that he would have been at this game waiving his Terrible Towel and being one of the loudest in the away crowd.

RIP brother. Miss having you around to armchair GM with. You would have been driving a lot of threads in here during this rebuild lol.

I remember him a little bit. I didn't know. Sorry for your loss. At least he spent his life rooting for arguably the greatest football team.

I guess they didn’t care since no Falcon fans are here so the halftime show is:

Tag Team and CC Music Factory. :D

Note: it is actually 90’s day at the game.

The one Falcon fan <sarcasm> there today sat behind me and was an obnoxious drunk. When that pick happened at the end of the game he sat there quietly while everyone around cheered. He go so upset he stormed out before the Steelers offense took the field.

I was surprised Minkah didn’t run it into the end zone, but no reason to risk it I guess……

So the observations at the game I noticed.

1. The Falcons would have won that game if they had a QB. Marcus Mariotta is complete dog shit.
2. The Falcons adjusted in the second half and the Steelers could not stop the run.
3. The Steelers did not adjust anything and got lucky with the win.
4. The Falcons respected Pickens the most and essentially took him out of the game. And forced Pickett to win the game with other receivers.
5. Even though Harris didn't have 100 yards. That might have been his best game on the ground and that one stiff arm he put on that DB was amazing.
6. Pickett sees the field very well, I think he is still a little quick on the decision.

So question for anyone. I have the entrance videos showing how it was like a Steeler home game. Does anyone know how to post .mov files here?

Just wanted to say that I didn't know that Atl96steeler had passed..... I always liked him on these (and other) boards. I knew he wasn't posting, but I try not to think the worst. Anyway, good game yesterday - I'm sure he would have loved it.

Never tried it. But if it doesn't allow you to attach it using the "Attach Files" button, then you will likely have to put it through an outside source website. You can click the "insert media" button to see the approved source list.

Yeah I tried both. Might have to link from elsewhere. Also was told even on the broadcast it was pretty obvious a “Steeler home game.”

That captured the essence perfectly. The ramps walking out you could not find a falcons fan. Hell seriously they would have made a killing in the stores in and around the Stadium if they removed all Falcons stuff and only sold Steeler merchandise.

Note: I am in Atlanta a lot so I wasn’t shocked by this. As just driving around I have seen more Steeler stuff on cars than Falcons stuff.
