Here is what I'd do if I was the owner. Fire Jeff Fisher. Retain Gregg Williams. Hire Ken Whisenhunt and turn the offense over to Jeff Garcia who was trained and played in the West Coast offense and clean out the scouting department. Retain Les Snead as GM and get on with rebuilding this team through the draft and some timely FAs.

Ken Whisenhunt went 3-20 with the Titans and lost 11 of his last 12 with Arizona.

And Fisher is doing what over four years? 23 and 34 I believe.
