For those of you who are wondering what games you will be fed. At least for those of us too poor to have Direct TV. :)

I am on duty this Sunday. I was schedule for the 24th but since the Broncos play that day and they don't play this Sunday due to being on MNF, I swapped days. There's no way in hell I'm standing duty and missing a Broncos game!

Incidentally I also have DirecTV and Sunday Ticket so I can stream the games. I suppose this would have been an option for me on my originally assigned day but if you could clear your schedule and watch the Broncos on a 65" high end TV instead of an iPad wouldn't you do it? At any rate, I'll still get my football fix in on Sunday, and I'll be tuning in to the Raiders @ Titans and Seahawks @ Packers.

It is hard for me to gain perspective - since I am sitting on it.

Do you talk like an Oil guy or a Rancher when you are picking up thigh ?

I'm actually not versed in the difference between going for thigh on oil guy or a rancher or any guy but I would imagine if you chose to go that route, the oil guy has to win, right? Unless......the rancher also has oil on his land and a better thigh ? Damn ! The trivia is getting tougher and tougher on here. Could we just go back to " favorite toy" Woody ?

I don't know where else to put this and it's really not worthy of its own thread: The Raiders have been sparring with K Janikowski over his contract lately even to the point of bringing several other guys into camp. There were key dates coming up regarding contract guarantees and it looked like the two sides were going to have to resolve this quickly so he agreed to a restructure. Well, the Raiders just put him on IR-

Raiders Place K Sebastian Janikowski On Injured Reserve, Promote K Giorgio Tavecchio | NFLTradeRumors.co

Janikowski, 39, is a former first-round pick of the Raiders back in 2000. He’s currently in the final year of his five-year, $18.9 million contract that included $8 million guaranteed and set to make a base salary of $4.05 million for the 2017 season when he restructured his contract last week. He agreed to a $1 million pay cut and will earn a $3 million fully guaranteed salary.

Yeah. Seems odd unless he hurt himself today in practice or he fell of bar stool.

I actually think that Janikowski has become a very overrated kicker of late. He had about a 4-year period where he was a top-5 kicker for sure and has always had the big leg but the last 2 years he has been below 83% of made field goals. That is bottom half of the league type stats. Throw in last year he went 3 of 8 from 50+. His lowest percentage since 2005.

Jano is a villain - and has been since he entered the league under sexual assault suspicion.

There is no doubt about it Jano has become an overrated kicker. He really has been average at best last few years. He's missed quite a few fairly gimme FG's for an NFL kicker.

Sounds like he has a back injury, but doesn't need surgery.

Yes he does - they just need to start with the frontal lobe.

Romo is great
He is the new John madden when madden would break the play down for the layman
Romo can diagnose and explain the play during the pre snap
He just explained a double lber blitz
Very cool
Raiders can't be stopped they stop themselves
