We now get to see Wedgewood in a game.
I'm glad they are giving him a chance and not just use him on the Denmark game, which I was thinking the coaching staff was going to do.

Both number 30s looked good tonight. One is still playing. I was switching back and forth during Devil commercials and between periods. He is looking great and even has nice puck handling skills. He picked up an assist in the 2nd. He has faced lots of power plays including multiple 2 man advantages.

RKO was right about this kid. Good positioning and made sure he was in position to make that second save. This kid is something good.


Great pass from his end up to the offensive blue line to his forward, which lead to a goal. This got the momentum back for Canada with a much needed second goal.

I think he has made the coaching staff have a tough decision on who will be the #1. I'm hoping he gets the nod. I want to see him in goal for the Canada - US game new years eve.
