Grad assistant at LSU under Bo. DB coach at La Tech. Followed Dooley to Tennessee where he was also the recruiting coordinator. Cousin of Mickey Joseph.

Well no, not a lateral move technically. He will not be the recruiting coordinator here. He was going to make $250,000 next year at Tennessee. Raymond was making $200,000 here last year. Not sure what Terry's salary will be. Coul be less than Tennessee since he won't have the recruiting coordinator title. Might be the same since he has more experience than Raymond.

Did not like raymond from day 1. I like ta think I have a sixth sense about these things

I'm right more often than I'm wrong. Just somethin' about the vibe he gave off didn't jive with me. Didn't seem genuine or well spoken... Two traits essential for a coach.

Come to find out he is EXTREMELY disingenuous.
