After the Breeland INT we just played for the FG in my opinion. Playing scared will lose you games and this is a perfect example. KC was off all day long but still when you have a 4-0 team on the ropes you should try to put them away. Grant falling on that play you just cant do that in that situation. Once again the play calling was ultra conservative except for the Ross bomb and guess what happened. lol

Everybody will say that we played a good game but I thought our offense was very bad. Our defense kept bailing us out until the end. Gruden still wants to play safe and be conservative. I cant stand it. We should of won this game.

It was a suspect decision to for 2. You are already up 1 -- take the point and move on. That single was the difference at the end.

Kirk had a great drive to get them into OT. The play calling on the last series was puzzling... However - the team is improving. Last year they would have wilted with 29 seconds to go.

dean , we have a young team and sometimes you just have to play the odds . in the end playing for the FG didnt matter as they got the TD anyway

this is the type of frustrating game i am talking about when i had us 6-10 . we have to learn to win on the road

29 seconds left on the clock to get within FG range for Overtime. There is no way this team would have made that drive last to get into overtime before this season. There is a situation awareness that is developing on the field and its fun to watch. Everyone was motioning for a timeout after the Garcon catch.... I don't like losses however this team is improving.

I was referring back to your point about last year.....to be clear last year they would never have gotten to a point in any game where they had 29 seconds to force OT, most games last year were over by halftime.

I agree with this as well. I just think Gruden needs to take the training wheels off faster. Playing not to lose, like I feel Gruden did today. Is a pretty good way for a team to lose. Especially a team like the Skins who are on the tipping scale of becoming a decent team.

he put the game in the hands of our top ten ranked defense . i have no issue with this at all because again the falcons scored the TD . they scored the TD anyway (twice ) . we didnt lose because of that choice

going for 2 was the right play to call as well

Going for 2 at the time was the right call. It would have put them up three and meant that a field goal couldn't beat them. If you want to start what if'ing then what if NE made their two field goals and so on and so on.
