May as well have Lebron/Cavs fans have their days. In a month or so they are gonna be sorely depressed after the bootybanging the Warriors are going to provide them in the finals

A little more specific with the bootybanging, please!

Yeah that's fair, but I think part of the thought here is that Kyrie wouldn't have been injured if the game doesn't go to overtime.

But yeah, who knows what would've happened. All we know is what did happen... Warriors won the title.

Bingo.

It's more about the Kyrie injury than actually losing game 1.

Are you talking about the 2015 Finals? How does Shumper hitting a jumper in game 1 change the outcome of that series unless it's game 7?

Kyrie got hurt in OT of game 1.

If the Cavs win in regulation, kryie doesn't get hurt, there's a very good chance they win that series considering they went 6 without both of them.

Not to mention the Cavs are up 3-2 after 5.

3-2 after 5? Uh, check your math. How can they lose in 6 being up 3-2?

Except this is false because he agreed to go there before anything was even close to done.

If you believe that, I've got some land in the Florida swamps for sale. Prime real estate. Honest.

How many of those guys were there BEFORE lebron signed.

Doesn't matter, Lebron wasn't going back to Cleveland without those major changes. All of that was set up and in place before Lebron signed up to come back. Once he did, it was just a matter of paperwork to get everyone else in.

Because if Shumpert hits that shot in game 1 they win game 1 instead of lose in OT.

Yeah and if Kyrie misses that shot at the end of game 7 last year the Warriors win that series and the whole narrative changes for both teams, and LeBron, plus Durant doesn't go to the Ws. If Ray Allen misses his big shot LeBron has 1 less ring and people think he's somehow less of a legend. This kind of thinking is kind of dumb.

You missed the entire point.

The bigger loss wasn't even game 1 itself, it was that Kyrie got hurt because of it.

Lebron took the Dubs to 6 games without Love or Kyrie for over 80% of the series.

It was finalized about a month later, but that was because the Wolves were dragging their feet trying to get more out of the deal. That's why Wiggins was left hanging for so long. It was done in principle well before that.

Close. The Spurs won game 3 by 3 and game 4 by 1. For a sweep, it was a pretty competitive series.

Was Game 3 the Donyell Marshall last shot game? Or game 4?

That's because the Cavs couldn't trade Wiggins because he had just signed his rookie deal.

It was because the Cavs were trying to use all the leverage they had before bending over and taking up the rear when they held all the cards.

The Cavs didn't hold all the cards. The Cavs wanted Love, it was up to the Wolves whether or not they wanted to let him go and they were dragging their feet trying to get more.

The Warriors came this close to trading Klay Thompson for him...the only reason they didn't was Minny asked for Draymond Green ALSO. And even then they almost did it until Jerry West said if you do that deal I'm quitting.
