Bizzare game. I dont think Ive ever seen a team win a game of this importance with less inspiring play than that... but good teams find ways to win games and the Canucks did that. Lou was good, but ouside of that and a couple nice slapshots they looked bad.

That being said, at this point in the season, the only thing that matters is getting the W and they did that. Series not over, if the Sharks play game 5 like they did the last 2 then they can get back into this thing on Tuesday.

I completely agree. Way too many borderline calls early and then no choice but to keep doing it and do the make-up thing. Not nearly as bad as game 3, though.

Canucks been getting away with so many uncalled high sticks that is what is sad and the whiny bitch of a coach, that is the saddest of all.

regardless, the better team won today and i think this series is about done, just disappointing the officiating has had a hand in so many of these games for both sides.

just hope they go out with a bang and someone on our side beats the fuck out of scummy torres.

I don't think either team was really good today tbh. Looked very much like two teams playing an afternoon game in the California heat. Sharks looked solid early mainly due to all the PP's. Canucks looked great when they had those 5 on 3's and Vancouver simply sat back on their lead.

Like you said a bizzare game. Canucks will no doubt be better on home ice on Tuesday.

These afternoon games suck at the best of times but a noon start is really stupid. Can somebody explain what has happened to Danny Heatley? The guy used to be one of the best "big-game" performers in the league and he's been really awful lately aside from parts of game 3.
