2) Vikings coaches never adjusted play calling to the fact they had a deer in the headlights QB, and made things worse, letting the game slip away before halftime.
Was very surprised Darnold played the whole game, played is being generous, stood there rather

You should consider worrying about your guys getting better...you know, trying from game one to game 17, that's all cuz it will be a while for the 18th... Hoping the competitions guys suck is a pretty sad existence. I do understand though, I watched the Packers in the 70's and 80's, which is what the Bears are now...LOL...suck...just suck from start to finish. Please come back and tell us that your next coach is going to be the new Belichick...you know that's what you'll think, until season 2 or so

Nah,don't want Bill.....never won anything before Tom,never won anything after Tom.....all the while Tom goes to Tampa and wins yet another SB......

And you should consider worrying about your overrated fools gold qb you paid 55 mill to.....gonna be hard to dump him and that contract......no one will wanna pay a mediocre qb that type of money.....
I'm sure Jacksonville is kicking theirs elves in the ass for paying Trevor Lawrence that type of cash .....that's where you're at.

But thanks for your concern.....

Lol

Dude,,you're an alright cat in my book......
Thanks man, you’re cool too.

I try to get along with everyone regardless of rivalries and what not, I come here to chill and laugh as much as possible.

Sometimes I let some bitter emotions slip here and there, but it helps that I avoid the PF as much as possible. Lol

KoC saw Sam Darnold botch a screen pass and threw up the white flag.

Vikings also had a few late drops there. It just wasn't happening.

well the playoffs bought out the real Sam Darnold. Number one seed playoff game was a playoff game.

Just wow. He looked like a Chicago bears quarterback out there.

...As it is, the Vikings can't even franchise tag and trade him now for fear that he'll actually sign it...
Well how could they trade him if he didn't sign it?

Tagging and trading him never looked like a viable strategy. The tag is expected to be $41M. Who would give up a 3rd round, (or better), pick for the right to pay Darnold $41M on a 1-year deal with no cap relief?

I have to believe that the NFC North had inflated records because of the cross divisions they played...that's all I got...what is the Bears' excuse, they still suck

The Eagles are simply better than the Pack.. especially at home and Sam Darnold picked a bad time to turn back into Sam Darnold again. That's all that happened.

You can franchise tag a player, have him work out a long-term contract with another team and then trade him. The Chiefs did that when they traded Jared Allen to the Vikings.

Blaming the QB is often a cheap hot take, but last night was one case where he definitely was THE reason. I almost feel sorry for the guy. Who's going to want him to be their starter after the last 2 games? It's not as if he's had years of solid play behind him and those 2 games may have been flukes.

He was absolutely brilliant this year. He had 3 bad games before the last two total flops. Luckily those 3 games were against the Jets, Jags and Colts. So the rest of the team was able to overcome.

Unfortunately, you are only as good as your last performance. That is going to kill his value.

Nobody said you were getting Bill, I said Bears' fans would claim the next guy is going to be the next Bill.

I completely understand a Bears' fan not understanding the market for actual NFL QBs, it's complicated to those teams that have never faced that issue. Even if Love totally busts out, that 4 years is a blink of an eye compared to the last 40 years of crap QB from the Bears. haha...40 years to get it right and they piss down their legs at every turn....40 years of crap...

He'd definitely be an upgrade. :noidea: The Jets have been a dumpster fire for many years.. actually they've been more like one of those old used tire fires that never goes out.

IIRC it reminded me a lot of Andy Dalton back when he was on the Bengals. He'd have stretches of good games but then the big game would come up and he'd look terrible. Or at least thats how I remember Dalton.

You should be thankful our headcoach was a moron, cause you probably would not be in the playoffs....

So you better hope we don't get it right.

And the so-called toughest division in football was exposed.......thanks for helping out on that.
Detroit was/is the only team that should be talked about.

And your headcoach has not won a damn thing either.....

and btw......did you guys have any valued wins this year,or were they all vs bad teams......frauds.
