I was just there visiting with my daughter. Rented a jeep and hit some fun jeep trails. The hiking is spectacular, too.

If you can wait to see the taped version, NFL Network replays every preseason game during the week. Set your DVR because most games are shown between 11 pm and 5 am. Since there will be abut 10 days between the end of the preseason and the start of the new, some games will get shown twice.
