The only idiot here is you disputing this trade. You have been knocking it from day 1, im just defending it. when we couldn't get Stanley then they found out Tunsil was available. I could be wrong but I dont think Tunsil was avaible before the offer was made to Stanley. I think the call was made to Houston to see if he was available. I think NFL Network reported it but im not 100% certain.

IMO Tunsil is a better LT than Stanley. I would want the better player.

Maybe Tunsil is better. Tunsil is not better than Stanley plus the draft capital we gave up.

Right but dont say i don't listen. I have my POV and you have yours. To down Tunsil as a LT is just awful.
you dont listen , you take a part of what was said and claim it gospel . your last sentence hear is another example of not listening "to down tunsil as an LT is just awful . pointing out his penalties and PFF rankings arent "downing " anyone . its pointing out the top 5 LT is wrong with a statistical measurement . something you dont want to LISTEN too . . my opinion is we paid too much in draft capitol . hell dean 2 weeks ago LT wasnt even on your radar , stanley was , . you have advocated trades for TH and cooper kupp blowing draft picks at will

no one knew LT would be available, that's why I wanted Stanley. he had one year for bad penalties that is cherry picking. We did not pay too much for a player of his caliber. TH is still on the table.

You cannot agree with a trade or player, but I'm shocked you guys are trying to pick about LT's play.

Even if we did overpay which i disagree with. its at a position of high importance to protect teh franchise. QB. Any yet you guys poke holes in it.

short term gain at the expense of long term stability is not good business . this is the rams way of doing it . draft picks are valuable dean as it keeps the team young , fast and strong and it enables you to put together a string of years as a superbowl contender . much like the chiefs run .

sure, but you need good players to win and to take advantage of JD5's rookie deal. VETERANS. You cant win with all young draft picks. You need good veteran players.

you dont blow up the future to take advantage of any contracts . you are paying him the 70 mil regardless . to pay him in the future and still be successful you NEED TO DRAFT WELL . you cant draft well if you keep using picks on vets who you will have to keep replacing

you get vets BY SIGNING THEM , and then you KEEP your picks as well . ITS CALLED MAXIMIZING RESOURCES

god forbid we develop any veterans

im not saying blow all the draft picks. We sill have a 1st and 2n round pick this year. But drafting well is a big IF. Of course I hope we do it but sometimes you have to trade for a good player

Was it necessary?

Couldn’t we have paid Jaylon Moore or Cam Robinson and kept the picks?
Yes it was necessary, the name is unimportant filling the deficit at the position paramount. I suppose AP got the one he could but you're right it could have been the others as well.

Ron Rivera did this!

Again, Ron Rivera is responsible for a lot of these moves.

I agree the name is unimportant. Dean misses that point. I don’t see a huge difference in Tunsil, Moore, and Robinson and that is why I would have gone the FA route and kept the picks. LT is not Trent Williams or Jordan Mailata.

Better odds, I agree but define hitting. Tunsil is under contract for 25 and 26. He will be looking to extend this year but his play will decline over the next two years.
