$10,000 question would you be okay with trading down, getting a pick or two and drafting McCarthy?i'm good with maye or daniels. Front office will support whomever is picked. good things about both QBs

if its one of the 3,i hope it,s daniels.maye looked like a shit show to me this year. That's exactly how I feel. I'll support whomever, but I just like Jayden more and feel I must be missing something with Maye that everyone else is seeing.
Again, it’s not what these guys have done that’s important. It’s what they have the ability to do in the future. The position of qb is much different than college. Additional skills are needed. That’s, hopefully, is what they are looking at.I think all 3 qbs have pros and cons.
I will support any of the 3.
I am simply not seeing the love for maye.
I like maye, but he didn't have a great 2023 and the INTs are concerning.
Maybe I am watching the wrong film and looking at the wrong numbers.
Before I get roasted, I like maye.
i got problems with a player running to his mama in the stands after losing.it wrecks of immaturity
Smart. Give Daniels another month to bulk and weight train.Red Flag
I would agree mostly with that.Again, it’s not what these guys have done that’s important. It’s what they have the ability to do in the future. The position of qb is much different than college. Additional skills are needed. That’s, hopefully, is what they are looking at.
Actually, past success isn’t a barometer of future success at QB. This is evidenced by how many top college QBs who tore it up in college fail in the NFL. The success rate of QBs taken in the first round is less than 40%.I would agree mostly with that.
In business, as you know, past performance is a leading indicator of future production.
I understand sports is NOT business, but I believe there are similarities.
In my defense, nobody has pointed out what "additional skills" Maye has. All that is being repeated over and over again is his "big arm" and "big time" throws. I am sure there is more...however, it has not been provided at this time.
Perhaps people just like Maye better?

as for Maye, I have no idea. All I have access to is the same info that everyone else on this board has…..past performances. And that’s not enough to make a sound judgement.
As you know duke, I'm a Jayden guy. I do think Maye probably has a stronger arm from what I can see. I think scouts like the fact that he's 230 and not 205.I just said it wasn't business but there are similarities.
That being said, if there no real "additional skills" then you have to look at past performance.
Not one person here has pointed out what maye does better than daniels. I have asked about a dozen times.
I will continue to ask about maye until there is answer.
Good luck. No one on here knows.I just said it wasn't business but there are similarities.

Not my first choice but if they went that way I would be okay. I think there is more QB there than Harbaugh used. Not JJ
