It is a terrible name .... I think I heard Logan Paulsen call them that on a WTF show. This team is owned by the worst owner in the NFL ... we should never have expected they would make a wise chose. If so, their new name to me will be the Commando's in reference to their lack of underwear or anything else. We can watch games and yell "let's go Commando's!!!"

Also, a popular way to shorten team names that end in “der”(commander, raider, spiders, etc.) around here at least is to shorten it to

“der”
As in “lets go ‘Ders!!!”

Which is equaly stupid in my opinion.

I hope its a big Yellow "W" on both sides of the helmet and bring back the pinstripe on top of the helmet.
