Great!! Rodgers goes to S.F. and we get Lance because the 49'ers aren't going to allow Lance to be another Love. Lance won't want to waste his talents waiting for Rodgers to retire either.

Interesting list, I wonder what others here think of when viewing it?

For me there are several things:

1. Outside of Spurrier... all are old school conservative types. (Spurrier was a extremely poor personnel guy, Kyle was innovative not his pops)

2. All were inflexible at that point in their careers.

3. Snyder definitively has a type
