I think the fact that the Dubs starters all played at least 43 minutes last night is really going to show up tomorrow in L.A.

I doubt I'm the only Celtics fan who'll be pulling for your team against the Lakers tonight. The only one posting here, possibly, but that's another matter.

It will be a de-facto tv double-header for me tonight with the Celtics hosting Indiana at 7:30 and your game on ESPN later.

God luck!

The expectation is that we blow them out early and rest the starters for tomorrow night's game vs. the Blazers.

NEVER count on being able to rest regulars against any opponent.

If you can, fine, but counting on it, especially against an in-state rival, is a bad idea.

To you as well. I think you might need it. Indiana looks really tough.

Well we did have a day off

But we are still short the same group of players as we were against the Grizzlies. Granted, the Lakers ain't the Grizzlies but they are going to wear down.

Rivals? What exactly have the Dubs won in the last 20 years that would compare to the Lakers?

If you want to talk about 2 franchises heading in opposite directions, i'll go with you there.

Lakers won't fully be good again until Kobe leaves/retires/or is traded. Nash is done. Gasol can't carry a franchise alone.

Dubs are up and coming and are on the cusp, but the team lives and dies with Curry.

Should be a good game, Dubs win easily 105-85 running away with it hopefully

Thank you. I've started a game thread on the Celtics Forum if anyone here wants to take a look at it.

Nobody's counting on it, but that's the expectation. As long as Curry is good to go, we should handle this squad...especially if Kaman sits.

Warriors got this. These aren't the same Lakers of years past. And these are the same Warriors of years past. We actually have the far better roster now. It's weird, but I'll get used to it.

There is a concussion protocol; he wasn't cleared to play. In fact, he's still got one test to pass to play tonight.

Per Rusty @ Sfchron,

Steph will not play tonight.

Time to do something spice up offense, start Nedo, seriously though, Dubs need to push the pace, I Hope they can put the Lakers away early, they have another game tomorrow.

Honestly I can't say that I disagree with you Lee. After all I did want to see Iguodala as our sixth man to start the season. But I'm still going with Bazemore.

Fat chance either actually happens.
