He had lots of great talent to work with.

He had lots of great talent to work with.

He did but as Bronco fans we also saw the difference that coaching makes to taking advantage of that talent. The year before Wade got here we had Del Rio who pretty much had the same starting unit. While the defense was good it never lived up to the potential of the talent on the field. Wade comes in the next season and we see the difference that a coach using his players to their talents can make.

Good read. I am excited to see what Woods can do. I loved the passion and energy that Phillips brought but I don't blame the Broncos for moving on.
