I would say he shoul've worn his 86 AL Pennant ring....but I would've sold mine long ago (much like any football player who keeps their AFC/NFC championship ring if they lost the SB is a moron IMO).

Yeah, I don't get why they even do rings for runners up. I wouldn't even want to look at that thing, knowing how close I came to winning a title. It would just make me more bitter.

Especially if I had retired and knew there was no way I'd ever play for a championship again. I think eventually winning a title would make the other ring more tolerable
