9 News Denver's Mike Klis reports Von Miller is "under criminal investigation" by Parker police in Colorado.​

“We’re not commenting on nature of the allegations," said Parker police spokesman Josh Hans. "We haven’t completed the investigation.” That's all we have so far, as Klis has added nothing to the report at this point.

Very surprising - I hope it turns out to be nothing. Miller's contract is one of the biggest contract pieces of the salary cap puzzle for next season - so this doesn't look good just from a PR standpoint,

Broncos star linebacker Von Miller is under investigation, the Parker Police Department confirmed to Denver7 on Friday.

The good thing is this is January 15th. More information will be available before the Broncos have to make a decision on Von. If I had to guess, the Broncos were going to try to restructure his deal, and this will not affect that. What this might affect is the amount of guaranteed money they offer. They maybe looking for ways to make the contract easier to move on from if there is not 100% clarity by the time they have to make a decision.

If I was a betting man (I am not) I would say none are back on there current deals. Jackson has the best chance to be back on his current deal, but I don’t see it happening. We have no safety ready to step in as a starter. Losing both Simmons and Jackson is going to really hurt the defense.

Not sure if it is related, but I was reading something about a text exchange with his ex-fiancée. Apparently, he knocked her up and told her that he didn't want to have the kid and he was "praying for a miscarriage." Like I said, could be unrelated. Honestly, I know it is a horrible thing to say, but I don't know if he could be brought up on criminal charges for it.

Don’t disagree and she maybe trying to get some money out of him so she is set for life too. Be interesting if this just disappears in a couple weeks.
