He seems to be somewhat like Settle. Likes the flavor of the day. Too big for VT. He'll prolly end up with a playoff team, SEC or OSU.

Wouldn't think he would be blowing smoke.. but this a little surprising. I knew he was considering Vt and UVA but kinda thought we were near the bottom of his list. Outside looking in.

He never did make it back to VT did he? I say he stays in-state.....NCSU or UNC.

NC State or Miami. If UNC offers, maybe there. We still have a shot but it is going to depend somewhat on what Taylor And Dalton do the week before.

What's your guess as to where Gaines ends up going?

He is hard to read. He was supposed to visit VT a few weeks ago, but didn't end up making it. I believe he stated recently that VT and Florida are his leaders, but I don't think he has visited either one recently. I think he wanted a UNC offer, but never got one. For what it's worth (not much?), we have a pretty significant lead in the crystal ball including a prediction from EGW not long ago.

Holy cow. When is the last time VT had 3 five star visitors on campus at one time? Have we ever even had 3 on campus at the same time, period? Haha.

I think that is a tribute to what the team is doing, our coaching staff and most importantly WB and how he took the recruiting recommendations from our coaching staff serious (in providing more staff to assist in recruiting where needed).

According to this a source close to Bryce Love says VT is a dark horse, but a legitimate contender. Anyone have any knowledge on if we really have a shot with him?? What about Tolliver??
