Maybe its just me, but Mitchell looked to be very, very nimble and fast for a 6'4" 280pounder. He looked very good on film against guys equally his size. Gallo looked pretty good too, but I like Billy Ray better personally.

Gallo was unrated by the recruiting services when he committed to VT. Now he's the No. 7 center by 247 Sports. Hmmm ....

Billy Ray Mitchell also visited Ole Miss but he has no offer from them. Good sign he is a good player if more big schools are showing interest.

Gallo had unofficial visits to a number of schools. Can't believe he didn't get an offer from Pitt or Rutgers. He was named 1st Team All-State....PA always has good talent, so that is enough for me.

I agree with HoHum. He has some nice accolades and I will give Grimes the benefit of the doubt on talent evaluation. He is PA all state and could play at G or C. Plus..if you look at the grades and offers of the everyone outside of the #1-3 C (Texas, AU, MSU commits)....not at all impressive.

Same with his teammate Noah Brown as well. He's picked up several Big 10 offers after we offered him.
