* Clemson is a lot closer to major cities and beach areas

Unless I flunked basic geography, Blacksburg is three hours farther away from Charleston than Clemson. Wasn't that my original point or did you simply misunderstand my post?

I guess the point is that neither Blacksburg or Clemson or close to the beach. Blacksburg is about 5 hours away from Virginia Beach and Clemson is a little less than 4 hours from Charleston.

I think a real need that seems to be going unnoticed is a big, pure WR. Of course we got Caleb last year but after that most of our WRs are "prospects". I think the best ones on the board this year (in our recruiting area) are North, May, and Zach Bradshaw. The first 2 are unlikely to come here but I think we could have gotten Bradshaw. I am worried now we might be too late to the party.
