I think he had been waiting on this offer for a while. I would really like to have him in O&M so hopefully we will get him

Not recruiting, but didn't feel like searching for the thread on Dyrell Roberts. Good news, Goforth reports he is back at 100 percent. AWESOME news after such a horrific injury.

I'm not sure that really would have mattered. It seems he likes another team more than us at the moment. If we can get him to visit this summer, then it could help us.

Here is an older (march 2011) interview with Hayes. He mentions the VT camp this summer and also talks possibly studying engineering.

What is the deal with Harold? I thought he was a lock to UVA a few weeks ago and all the buzz was a commitment was coming, now I am hearing that may not be the case.

Interesting on Prosise, for some reason I never really saw him going to ND. We are stacked in the safety/db position anyways

Yeah. he is a very good player and I hate losing in-state talent, however at Notre Dame he does not have any effect on us unless we meet in a bowl game. We always go to the BCS and they never do, so.....

There was no way he was going to UNC. he called them out in a couple of interviews already. I can't find them now, but it was pretty funny. He gave them lip service but that is about it. I was worried about that other school in Virginia though, .

I saw the Homer thing too..... Ugh. BC is tough enough to play as it is. We need to offer some more kids ASAP. Maybe we will come across a bunch at the two summer camps. I would like to see us bring in at least 4 this year as we only brought in 2 last year (Goins and Farris whom was a greyshirt from the season before).

Just noticed that we had offered Todd Gurley. Anyone know a 40 time? @ 6'1" 198 if he could add about 20 pounds and keep his speed he could be a beast. From his rivals profile he seems to have a strong list of offers. I've heard his name on some carolina and state boards and the vibe i got was there was little to no chaance he left north carolina, but hell you never know. Fwiw i like the idea of having a power back to go with coleman and from his offers Gurley looks to be a good one.

BTW any news on the RB harris. any idea when he makes a decison?

Can't imagine this would help us in recruiting since we rarely compete for recruits with Ohio State. The question many are asking is, what happens to Curtis Grant and the 2011 recruits? I'd imagine they won't be released of their LOI's because no major sanctions will be placed on the program until there is a full investigation, which (as seen in Chapel Hill and USC) can take over a year. Which is good. I don't want to see Grant in blue and orange.

Hey everyone! These kids have made their bed and now they may have to lay in it. To say that they thought Ohio state was squeaky clean when they committed would be a joke. Same may possibly be said for the Carolina kids when all us said and done. Did I miss something as to why there may not be major sanctions? The penalty may be lessened but to say that nothing will happen may be a stretch. Word is urban Meyer may be the early frontrunner.
