well, I don't think Zim forgot how to coach defense, he just has unit void of talent

Going into season if you were name our top 5 defensive players, it would probably be:
Hunter
Kendricks
Smith
Pierce
Barr


4 of those 5 were out yesterday

2 have been out all season
1 has missed most of season

and we're starting a lot of rookies in secondary

We are starting rookies in the secondary because the other ones he wanted to draft didnt work out. And most of these ones dont either.

The point is very simple. These are Zimmers guys, it aint working. We already know the guy is an absolute blockhead at anything other than defense(game management or any offensive input) so if the D is not going to be good regardless of whatever excuses.......hes gotta go. It is simply not working.

Does he want to stay on and be the D coordinator??? Thats a reasonable discussion.

D is horrendous.

Zimmer with more embarrassingly bad end of half clock management in first half(this was bad even by his standards)

He then leaves Jefferson and Thielen in late and both hobble off the field
