ita private site .. with its own rules freedom of speach has nothing to do with it ... so yes it is leagle ..no differant than getting banned from a bar cause you have gotten in too many fights ...

take ypour laptop down to the local carabo use their wifi and see if that makes a differance .. cause if it dont work there then they are banning your mac adress and that can be changed .. at minimal cost ..... all you would have to do on the pc is get a new eather net card and install it they cost about 20 bucks

Ha! I've read their fn rules, and THEY THEMSELVES do not abide them. Their rules are about as concrete as a bucket of jell-o. What I'm asking, is it legal for them to store and/or save MY private IP addresses?

I don't really give a shit, either way, it just seems like an invasion of privacy or something?
