i like the pork steaks better than ribs .. once ya bbq em and sauce them down they taste as good as a rib but you get more eatin and less bone

I know, I could drive there blindfolded. But still can't remember if it's 371 or 310. I know when I get to it of course.
And I love pulled pork and ribs.
Pork steaks are ok, but would much rather have the ribs.

yeah, but it's really hard to smoke pork steaks for 20 people, but I do perfer them over ribs. My pulled pork is freakin amazing though.
