This forum has changed drastically since the last version of this thread, as has the Vikings as a team. I think it's time to update this thread, as well. Since that time, this team has had a change in head coach to Zimmer, had nearly the entire roster overhauled, and probably most noteworthy - moved on from the Adrian Peterson era.

Here our Vikes currently sit at a so far unexpected 6-2, in the driver's seat for the division. Once again, they're minus their starting QB and RB for the majority of the season like last time, so who knows what will happen, but so far, at least we have hope. Skol Vikes!

The Vikings having a winning season and actually winning a playoff game would be a pretty significant change...

I have a question about Bridgewater, is he close to returning to the line-up? I am groping for help after Watson went down. Thanks for any insight you can give me.

Bridgewater has been cleared to play. He's the #2 behind Bradford, but he looks like he's done. So for now, Bridgewater is playing backup to Case Keenum until Keenum gives them a reason to pull him or gets injured. I assume they want to maintain stability at the QB position by point in the season, so only Bradford is probably going to get to start just for getting healthy again.

Teddy wasn't a fantasy football starter before the injury. Doubtful he'll be one in time to help you this season.

My guess is we won't get to see him until 12/3 After the long week after the Thanksgiving game.

good to see the Blair Walsh project is up to his oltricks
Did you see the pre-season game where he dissed the Vikings' bench after making a long FG?

Karma's a bitch, bitch.

Right? Seattle also deserves it as much as any team - if anyone knew he'd wind up pulling the same mind-numbing misses outside of MN, it should have been them.

Same he had us at 11-5 two years ago on a considerably worse team

We've got about a 3 year window to get a stable QB in there

Same here. Skins shutting down the chickenhawks in Seattle was impressive.

To be fair, Blair Walsh pulled his old Ray Finkle act by missing 3 field goals that game, which cost Seattle dearly. That's not to say the game should be taken lightly by any means.

Anytime there's a backup qb and rb, I get a bad feeling.
The field in Washington is horrible, so who knows how our defense will do.
Skins whole o-line is pretty much out, so that will help.
