Very Excited For The 19-20 NBA Season

This is probably the most excited I've been for an NBA season in quite some time. I can't remember the last time both conferences were so open as they are now. For the last couple years, it felt like it was a done deal that it would be the Warriors out of the West and whoever LeBron was playing on in the East. Now with so many big changes, this has changed the entire landscape of the NBA. The East is wide open. The West is even WIDER open. I can't wait for tip-off!

But seriously folks, and I'm not kidding or being one bit sarcastic...I am very much looking forward to this year, much more than last. 2018-9 was a pretty joyless season for Ws fans IMO. Even as they slogged through the regular season having to endure daily nitpicking on their way to a ho hum another title...KD already out the door mentally...the fight with Dray...and then of course the injuries in the playoffs. Ugh

Now we can have some fun being ONE OF the teams to watch, not the top dog dynasty team. It's much more exciting. The dynasty was great and I have a lot of optimism for the future still, might be more to come, but I love the expectations this year both for us and the league to have some real intrigue.

I agree. It's probably been a decade since I've been intrigued this much by the NBA.

Although I'm not a fan of mercenary players, the next 2-3 years should be phenomenal.

I watch mostly Lakers games, so I could give a shit about the rest of the teams (lol). I'll watch other games here and there, but I'm just glad that the Lakers games should mean a bit more this year finally.

Dude, it's all 'mercenary' now not just the next 2-3 years. But it's more players wanting to team up with their buddies than 'mercenaries' chasing money. If anything they tend to give up on top dollar if it helps them win

1.) L.A. Clippers


2.) Philly 76ers
3.) L.A. Lakers


4.) Milwaukee Bucks


5 on down.) Everyone else

We have not seen the NBA like this since the 1970s when everyone had a chance.

Actually isn't this year better? There's no super team anymore there's just a bunch of very good to great ones, won't be an easy way out this year for anyone...

Think about it, while there were superteams in every era (except maybe the 70s), it was only with LeBron and the Heatles that the players started taking control and putting the teams together.

This year there's more of that than ever, but instead of one super team there are many very good teams going at each other, put together by GMs and players to make an exciting year. This is freaking perfect.
