I’ll probably still watch it but do agree, this one should definitely have an R rating. It didn’t hurt the Deadpool movies to have an R rating, so I doubt it’d hurt this one to have it either. Can't believe they pussied out and went PG-13... gotta make sure those dumbass teenagers and their face down texting can fill the theater. UGH.
Carnage was violent, merciless, and pretty grotesque villain. There's ZERO reason this should be PG-13.... it's all being done so they can throw Spiderman in Venom 3 or something... Whatever. I was a hard skip after watching 15-20 minutes of the first, and I'm a hard skip on this one. I'm sure 30+ minutes will be spent on the now broken up fiance or whatever and Tom Hardy with a 'redemption' love story at the end for the vaginas in the audience.

sure carnage and venom are merciless evil villains... but if pg13 means that they will fight vs spiderman, like the should have in the first place... then i am okay with that...
didnt love the fact that that spiderman was not in the first film... i mean, black suit spiderman is one of the best spider man stories...
pervWell hell, make it rated R with Spiderman. Hell maybe Mary Jane can be naked in the shower while Venom tries to 'assault' her and Spidey saves the day... we get a 2'fer. Fuck the stupid kiddies.
perv
Mary Jane is in high school.
I agreespiderman has always been a PG hero though... would feel weird to make it R... the MCU is too smart.
especially after DC has basically failed in their making darker superhero movies... Especially superman...
