I honestly don't consider Florida State a ranked team, they have no good wins and a loss to 6 loss Georgia Tech, who in fact just lost to Virginia. They could change that today of course

By default. If Floirda played every SEC school they would play more then 3. And its not hard when the Big 12 stacks their schedule for the end of the year and a bunch of schools are ranked.
