No seriously. What are your thoughts on MTSU joining CUSA?

I honestly forgot all about this conference. MTSU could win it within a year or two of being in it.

They probably could. Im not even sure how they benefit from it, is the Sun Belt weaker than Conference-USA? If the two conferences merged they would be better than the big east though

Probably a toss-up this year, though C-USA has lost its best teams recently and become weaker.

I'm looking forward playing new teams, but honestly, I don't see it as too much of an upgrade...especially with ECU, UCF and SMU leaving.

Marshall, Tulsa and Southern Miss, will be an upgrade in competition, but the rest of the conference is't much, if any better, than the Sun Belt. IMO

I have mixed emotions about it, really like the Sun Belt and what it's becoming. But if MTSU didn't accept the invite, some other team would have.

With the exception of this year, they've historically been one of the best in the conference. Look at VT, everybody has a down year once in a while....I'm sure they'll bounce back.

Sunbelt is a better league right now. Conf USA is not the same since most of their former teams are now in the Big Easy.
