I just hope we get Noah Jefferson back, haven't heard anything, the he left during the Bama game due to injury, that's when the wheels fell off. He didn't play last week

I'm hoping they didn't feel the need to show too much of the passing game against utah state because I only saw a couple throws to the TE and most of Maxs throws were lolly pop throws that any decent DB could defend. Even the longer throws he just lofted. I know he's got a big arm but where's the quick slants or skinny posts on a rope? USC has athletes at WR they need to get them the ball in stride.

If USC would have gotten the death penalty it's because they would have tried to cover it up rather than suspended the player for a game or 2 and making them pay the money back to a charity like everyone else.
Not buying that I think SC received the death penalty because of the big name.NCAA wanted to make an example imo

It wouldn't have mattered what USC did, that crew at the NZZA was out to get USC anyway they could, only a casual CFB fan would think differently, or a hater

It was Stanford boosters who gave the gifts so its total BS that they "self reported" and some how that makes it all better. If someone outside the school ( non coaches or not boosters) give a player illegal gifts then how can the school self report since they dont know.

Tough game. USC has shown little, but I think the talent rises for this game. I watched KSU vs Stanford. I didn't see a great Stanford team there, unless I am underestimating KSU. I think this one is game into the 4th

Actually it matters a great deal how you handle it. It's actually the most important factor.

USC denied any wrong doing is why you got screwed.

I agree the NCAA punished SC because they are SC. They have overlooked quite a few violations since.Stanford,NC..... I don't buy the self imposed suspensions. Someone should buy the Stanford mascot some damn pants tho

Which shows you how bad the NCAA is. Self report and you can get away with anything.

Well the rub is that most violations don't happen with the school itself, but with boosters/agents and those away from the program.

I think the new direction is an improvement.
